Group Tutoring

9th-12th grade tutoring session are subject specific and offer supplemental instruction, practice guides, and homework help for Highschool learners.
Kinder Buddies
$45/student (1 day a week) or $160/mo (3hr a week/4 weeks)
Our Kinder Buddies class is designed to encourage children to establish friendships, explore & learn in a play-based/ hands-on environment, and to nurture a lifelong love of learning. We meet from 9am-12pm on Wednesdays.
Enrichment Program
$45/student (1 day a week) or $160/mo
Our small-group enrichment programs for grades 1-8 will provide all needed materials! Our 3 hour program offers flexible scheduling and engaging lessons designed by MA in Education teachers and following CDE standards. Here is what the program looks like:
9-9:15: Welcome and grade level warm-up
9:15-10:15: Themed STEAM lesson and activity
10:15-10:30: Snack Break
10:30-10:50: Math skills builder by grade level
10-50-11:50: Themed Language Arts/Social Studies lesson and activity
11:50-12:00: Closing activity

Electives
Art
Artists Around the World: This is a 16 week art education and art creation art class. Each week students will learn about an artist from around the world and then create art inspired by their work or using their techniques. At the end of the 16 week course, students will get to participate in an art show where they can experience a synthesis of learning by sharing what they learned to friends and family.
Art Fundamentals: This is a 16 week art education and art creation art class. Each week students TK-5th will learn about a different element in the fundamentals of art and then create art using those learned techniques. At the end of the 16 week course, students will get to participate in an art show where they can experience a synthesis of learning by sharing what they learned to friends and family.
Creative Writing- Comic Writing: This is a 16 week creative writing course on comic writing. Each week students will learn how to write and draw comic strips, focusing on writing skills such as character development, setting, dialogue, plot and literary devices - culminating in creating comic drawings to go along with their narrative. At the end of the 16 week course, students will get to participate in an art show where they can experience a synthesis of learning by sharing what they learned to friends and family.

Theatre: Step into the spotlight and discover your creative spark! In this exciting theatre class, students will explore acting, improvisation, and storytelling while building confidence and having fun on stage. Through games, group performances, and creative activities, students will develop public speaking skills, learn to work as an ensemble, and bring characters and stories to life. Whether you're a natural performer or trying something new, this class welcomes everyone to play, create, and shine!
Early Elementary Social Studies: Designed for grades K-3, this 45 min/week enrichment covers the following early elementary California social studies standards: Citizenship, American heroes, government, types of communities, community helpers, geography skills, wants/needs, and basic economic principles.
Upper Elementary Social Studies: A 60m weekly enrichment class that supports 4-5th grade CA SS standards: CA history and economy, US history and economy.
Middle School Social Studies: A 60m weekly enrichment class covering 6-8th CA SS standards for ancient, medieval, and US history.
No-Cook Cooking: Get ready to create delicious snacks and meals—no oven or stove needed! In this hands-on class, students will learn real cooking skills like measuring, mixing, and food safety while making treats they can eat right away. From smoothie bowls and fruit kabobs to trail mix and creative sandwiches, students will discover how to combine ingredients, work as a team, and bring their own food ideas to life. Each snack will accompany a favorite story.

Music and Beyond
Young Pianists: TK–5th grade embark on a musical journey through the Wunderkids Primer Book 1, where every note comes to life through imaginative stories, characters, and playful games. Students build essential piano foundations—rhythm, note reading, hand position, and finger technique—while having so much fun they won't even realize how much they're learning. By the end of the course, kids will play their first songs with confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for making music.
Young Musicians: TK–5th grade dive into the world of ukulele using Jay Wamsted's Beginner Ukulele Lessons for Kids, learning through catchy songs, hands-on strumming games, and playful practice that makes picking up an instrument feel like play, not work. Students build core skills—chord shapes, strumming patterns, rhythm, and basic music reading—while gaining the confidence to play along to songs they already know and love. By the end of the course, kids will strum and sing their first full songs, proud of the musician they're becoming.
